These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of yimicarebeauty.shop (the "website") and to any purchase you make from Yimicare ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products and descriptions

Yimicare products are cosmetic hair and scalp care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including hair loss. Results vary from person to person. Always read the label, follow the directions for use and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. If you have a scalp or skin condition, consult a dermatologist before use.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and natural ingredients can cause small variations between batches.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Bundle offers such as Buy 2 Get 2 Free apply automatically in the cart. Offers can be changed or withdrawn at any time, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners; we do not store your full card or bank details.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Cancellation policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, posting unlawful or misleading material, or using it for any fraudulent purpose. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, comment, photo or other content, you confirm that it is honest, your own and lawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including the Yimicare name and logo, text, images, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

The website runs on Shopify and may link to or use third-party services such as payment gateways and couriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
